  • I’m Lovin’ It

    Quality is Job 1. This is more than a slogan – especially for a leader. When the word quality is spoken, most believe it revolves around the product / goods or service they are selling / providing. Or maybe for those in call centers the quality of a call would come to mind. But as Ray Kroc, Founder of McDonald’s reminds us “The quality of a leader is reflected in the standards they set for themselves.” This means that quality is an action, a tangible item for leaders to express and example. If you set high standards for yourself you will produce high quality results. If you set mediocre standards for yourself, you will continue to get what you produce – mediocre results. Every now and again I take a moment to think of those I feel are quality people. Those that have others and the companies best interest at heart. When I think of quality, I think of them.
