Taking Pride
There is a certain satisfaction of watching someone grow and develop into what they were hoping for. When you’ve worked hard to help the person reach their potential and they have taken your help and advice and applied it wisely. The pride you feel for them when they have reached their main goal is amazing even over whelming. The fact that you know they will now need to set a whole new set of goals and work towards them is also a source of excitement. But it’s wonderful to feel truly happy and elated for someone else who is reaching their dreams. That is why I love becoming a leader.
